Bendon Publishing International, Inc., a leading publisher of children's books, announced that it has issued $4 million of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock to fund the rapid growth of its business. Affiliates of BEV Capital purchased the preferred stock, and two representatives of BEV Capital have joined the board of directors of Bendon. Hadley Partners served as private placement agent in connection with the offering.
