- Senior bankers who can strengthen our firm with their relationships and experience and aggressively identify and pursue opportunities as part of an entrepreneurial team.
- Experienced execution bankers who can play a day-to-day point position on assignments in conjunction with a senior banker and with support from an associate or analyst. Hadley Partners has demonstrated an ability to enable project-oriented and part-time professionals (especially working mothers with relevant experience) to use their skills effectively on behalf of our clients, so we are interested in talking with you even if you are not prepared to make a full-time commitment. We are also considering full-time execution professionals who are looking for the right platform to leverage their skills and work on a broad range of transactions
- Recent graduates of undergraduate or graduate school with strong educational backgrounds, demonstrated quantitative skills and a proven ability to excel.
